| 描述 | Placental growth factor (PlGF) is a growth factor that binds to common receptors for VEGF; VEGF and PlGF also heterodimerize in vivo. PlGF is upregulated under pathological conditions, including wound healing and tumor formation, to stimulate cell proliferation and migration. Drug-mediated down-regulation of PlGF expression by skewing polarization of tumor-associated macrophages may provide additional anti-angiogenic treatment. The Human PlGF Kit provides the assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of PlGF in human serum, plasma, cell supernatant, cerebral spinal fluid, urine, and cell lysate. |
