| 描述 | Tyrosine kinase 2 (Tie-2) is a tyrosine receptor kinase expressed in the endothelium of actively growing blood vessels. Angiopoietin ligands (Ang-1 and Ang-2) bind to Tie-2; Ang-1 binding initiates sprouting and branching of blood vessels characteristic of angiogenesis while Ang-2 binding antagonizes these actions in vitro. The Human Tie-2 Kit provides the assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of Tie-2 in human serum, plasma, cell supernatant, cerebral spinal fluid, urine, and cell lysate. |
