| 描述 | sAPPα and sAPPβ are the extracellular proteins released from the transmembrane amyloid precursor protein (APP) upon cleavage with α-secretase or β-secretase respectively. sAPPβ may be further cleaved by γ-secretase to release Aβ peptides.
