These assays can detect secreted biomarkers in a variety of tissues and body fluids where over- or under-expression may indicate a shift in biological equilibrium. This panel also includes assays for many of the Th1/Th2 pathway biomarkers. The U-PLEX Proinflam Combo 1 (NHP) measures biomarkers that are implicated in a number of disorders. The U-PLEX platform combines high sensitivity, wide linear dynamic range, a read-time of less than two minutes, and the flexibility to create your own personalized multiplex assays. The U-PLEX Proinflam Combo 1 (NHP) provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of IFN-gamma, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-12/IL-23p40, and TNF-α. This kit may be used for the analysis of all or any combination of these cytokine biomarkers in cell culture supernatants, serum, and plasma. |
