U-PLEX TH17 Combo 2 (ms)Description-T helper cells of the TH17 lineage regulate other immune cells, specifically neutrophils and macrophages, by secreting a variety of cytokines in response to extracellular pathogens. This assay simultaneously measures ten mouse TH17 related analytes* in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Measuring a range of markers gives insight into disease progression and severity, and insight into immune system function. Disease Focus - Monitoring and assessment of many autoimmune disorders including multiple sclerosis, Crohns disease, asthma, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel disease. *NOTE: U-PLEX Mouse IL-17A Assay should not be combined in the same plate with the U-PLEX Mouse IL-17F if IL-17A/F is present. |
