| 描述 | TARC (CCL17), or small-inducible cytokine A17 (SCYA17), is a chemotactic factor for T-lymphocytes that may play a role in T-cell development in the thymus and in trafficking and activation of mature T-cells. Both TARC and MDC bind to CCR4. TARC is associated with atopic dermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, allergic rhinitis, multiple sclerosis, and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The NHP TARC Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous TARC in non-human primate urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
