| 描述 | Eotaxin-3 (CCL26)—also known as CC chemokine IMAC, macrophage inflammatory protein 4-alpha (MIP-4α), small-inducible cytokine A26 (SCYA26), and thymic stroma chemokine-1 (TSC-1)—is a monomeric chemokine that binds to CCR3. It is chemotactic for eosinophils and basophils. The eotaxin-3 gene is associated with rheumatoid arthritis and allergic asthma.The NHP Eotaxin-3 Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous eotaxin-3 in non-human primate urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
