| 描述 | Interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a glycosylated protein with two disulfide bonds. It stimulates the proliferation of T-lymphocytes. The IL-15 receptor complex consists of IL-2Rβ IL-2Rγ, and IL-15Rα. The IL-15Rα subunit binds IL-15 with high affinity. It is involved in a number of biological processes such as aging, cell maturation, and a number of positive regulations of cellular processes and is associated with pediatric asthma. The NHP IL-15 Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous IL-15 in non-human primate urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
