| 描述 | Human MCP-1 (CCL2)—also known as HC11, monocyte chemotactic and activating factor (MCAF), monocyte secretory protein JE, and small-inducible cytokine A2 (SCYA2)—is a 11 kDa glycosylated chemotactic factor that attracts monocytes and basophils. MCP-1 augments monocyte anti-tumor activity. MCP-1 naturally occurs as a monomer or homodimer, and it binds to CCR2 and CCR4. It is involved in Alzheimer’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and atherosclerosis along with other disorders. The Human MCP-1 Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous MCP-1 in human urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
