| 描述 | Human interleukin-15 (IL-15) is a glycosylated 18.1 kDa protein with two disulfide bonds. It stimulates the proliferation of T-lymphocytes. The IL-15 receptor complex consists of IL-2Rβ IL-2Rγ, and IL-15Rα. The IL-15Rα subunit binds IL-15 with high affinity. It is involved in a number of biological processes such as aging, cell maturation, and a number of positive regulations of cellular processes and is associated with pediatric asthma. The Human IL-15 Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous IL-15 in human urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
