| 描述 | Human granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor (CSF), is a glycosylated, 16.3 kDa protein with two internal disulfide bonds. It is involved in the stimulation of growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells in response to inflammatory stimuli. It is also involved in dendritic cell differentiation, negative regulation of apoptotic process, and positive regulation of IL-23 production and tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT5 protein. GM-CSF has been shown to reduce chemotherapy-induced neutropenia in different types of cancers. It is involved in a number of disorders including autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The Human GM-CSF Kit provides assay-specific components for the quantitative determination of endogenous GM-CSF in human urine, serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
