| 描述 | MSD offers a range of individual assays utilizing U-PLEX Antibody Sets that provide a rapid and convenient method for measuring biomarkers in complex matrices. The individual assays are offered on MSD GOLD Small Spot Streptavidin Plates and use the same antibody sets and diluents as the U-PLEX multiplex assays. This allows for efficient transfer between the individual assay and a higher throughput multiplex configuration. Typical of assays developed on the MSD platform, the individual assays have high sensitivity, excellent precision, provide up to five-logs of linear dynamic range, and require minimal sample volume. Human eotaxin (CCL11), also known as small-inducible cytokine A11 (SCYA11), is a 10.7 kDa glycoprotein that binds to the receptor, CCR3. This receptor is shared between eotaxin, eotaxin-3, MCP-3, MCP-4, and RANTES. Eotaxin promotes the recruitment of eosinophils in response to the presence of allergens. It has been implicated in HIV-1 transmission along with MCP-1 and MCP-3 and is associated with chronic bronchitis, osteoarthritis, and colorectal cancer. The U-PLEX Human Eotaxin Assay provides the components for the quantitative determination of both natural and recombinant Eotaxin in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. |
