- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
The semaphorin/collapsin family of molecules plays a critical role in the guidance of growth cones during neuronal development. The secreted protein encoded by this gene family member is important in axonal guidance and has been shown to act as a tumor suppressor by inducing apoptosis. [provided by RefSeq, Jul2008].
Function:
Inhibits axonal extension by providing local signals to specify territories inaccessible for growing axons.
Subcellular Location:
Secreted. Endoplasmic reticulum. Note=Accumulates in the endoplasmic reticulum.
Tissue Specificity:
Expressed abundantly but differentially in a variety of neural and nonneural tissues.
Similarity:
Belongs to the semaphorin family.
Contains 1 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain.
Contains 1 PSI domain.
