- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. It can phosphorylate a large number of proteins. Participates in Wnt signaling. Phosphorylates CTNNB1 at Ser-45. May play a role in segregating chromosomes during mitosis.

Subunit:
Monomer. Interacts with the Axin complex. Interacts with TUT1, leading to TUT1 phosphorylation.
Subcellular Location:
Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, centrosome. Chromosome, centromere, kinetochore. Nucleus speckle. Note=Localizes to the centrosome in interphase cells, and to kinetochore fibers during mitosis.
