Jak1 is a widely expressed membrane-associated phosphoprotein characterized by the presence of a second phosphotransferase-related domain immediately N terminal to the PTK domain. Jak1 is involved in the IFN-α/β/γ signal pathway and activates transcription factors of the STAT family by phosphorylating critical tyrosine regulatory sites.Additional information: Clone REA700 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors |
