| 描述 | The Ova Antigen Delivery Reagent has been developed for efficient in vitro targeting of ovalbumin to antigen-presenting cells (APCs), for example, DCs. The reagent consists of a monoclonal anti-biotin antibody conjugated to ovalbumin and FITC. In combination with an appropriate biotinylated anti-receptor antibody, any desired antigen uptake receptor can be targeted.The Antigen Delivery Module Set comprises all the reagents that are required for the isolation of DCs, antigen delivery, and subsequent analysis of antigen presentation. |
