The proteins mediate signal transduction events that play a role in the regulation of cell development, activation, growth, and motility. CD53 is expressed on almost all hematopoietic cells such as B cells, monocytes, macrophages, neutrophils, und T cells, but not on erythrocytes and platelets.Additional information: Clone REA512 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
