Immunoprecipitation of extracts from NIH/3T3 cells treated with PDGF using Rabbit (DA1E) mAb IgG XP® Isotype Control (Biotinylated) (lane 1) and Phospho-Akt (Ser473) (193H12) Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) #3637 (lane 2). Biotinylated antibodies were pulled down using Streptavidin (Bead Conjugate) #3419.
