Although not routinely tested, the H22 antibody has been reported to inhibit the in vitro andin vivo activities of mouse IFN- γ . Specific binding of I-125 labeled recombinant mouse IFN- γ to IFN- γ receptor-positive cells has been reported to be blocked by H22. Although the H22 antibody is reported to react with rat IFN- γ , its reactivity with IFN- γ from other species has not been tested. |
