| 背景 | The Wilms tumor antigen (WT1) is a zinc-finger transcription factor and is expressed during normal ontogenesis. Expression is absent or restricted to a very low level in adult healthy tissue. However, WT1 is expressed at high levels in various types of leukemia and solid tumors, including lung, breast, colon cancer and soft tissue sarcomas. The WT1 protein is highly immunogenic and has become an attractive target for anticancer immunotherapy. |
