| 背景 | CD27 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which among peripheral blood B cells is present on memory B cells1 and plasma cells but not on naive B cells. In human tonsils, expression of the CD27 antigen is found on memory B cells, germinal center B cells, subepithelial marginal zone B cells, and plasma cells. CD27 is further expressed on specific T cell subsets and NK cell subsets. |
