| 背景 | CCL23, also known as Myeloid Progenitor Inhibitory Factor-1 (MPIF-1),is a CC chemokine that is produced by some myeloid cell lines andmonocyte-derived dendritic cells. It binds CCR1 and inhibits thedifferentiation of progenitor cells that give rise to granulocytes andmacrophages. CCL23 is also chemotactic for resting T cells,neutrophils, monocytes and dendritic cells. |
