背景	Nanog is a member of the homeobox family of DNA binding transcription factors that has been shown to maintain pluripotency of embryonic stem cells. Detection of Nanog in BG01V Human Cells by Flow Cytometry. Three-day Endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (upper image) or untreated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (lower image) were stained with Goat Anti-Human Nanog PE‑conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC1997P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC108P, open histogram).
