Detection of Nanog in BG01V Human Cells by Flow Cytometry. Three-day Endoderm-differentiated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (upper image) or untreated BG01V human embryonic stem cells (lower image) were stained with Goat Anti-Human Nanog PE‑conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC1997P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC108P, open histogram).
