| 背景 | EMR3 is a member of the class B seven-span transmembrane (TM7) receptor family. It is expressed predominantly by cells of the immune system, with highest levels in neutrophils, monocytes and macrophages. It may play a role in myeloid-myeloid interactions during immune and inflammatory responses. EMR3 upregulation in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is associated with poor survival and may be a potential therapeutic target. |
