| 描述 | Clone CRA1 detects the alpha subunit of the human high-affinity Fc receptor for IgE. The receptor is composed of one alpha, one beta and two disulfid-linked gamma subunits, of which the alpha subunit binds IgE1. FcεRIα is expressed on mast and basophilic cells and is up-regulated in the presence of IgE2,3. The FcεRI complex plays an important role in triggering IgE-mediated allergic reactions. Antibody clone CRA1 does not inhibit binding of IgE4. It induces mast cell activation, followed by histamin release5. |
