| 描述 | The MHJ1-152 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human Jagged1, a type I transmembrane protein that is one of the ligands for the Notch family of receptors. It is expressed in many fetal and adult tissues, and JAG1 gene mutations are associated with defects of the heart, liver, kidney and other tissues. Through its interaction with the Notch proteins, Jagged1 affects the development of the hematopoietic system and numerous organs.
