| 描述 | The HY101 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to a collagen receptor, Platelet Glycoprotein VI (GPVI or GP6). GPVI is a 58-kD platelet membrane glycoprotein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Upon blood vessel wall injury and consequent endothelial cell damage, platelets collect upon the exposed collagen fibers present in the subendothelial matrix. The platelet and collagen interaction leads to activated platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. Although normally serving a protective function in clot formation that limits blood loss, the platelet GPVI/collagen interaction may also play a role in myocardial infarction and stroke which are associated with the rupture of atherosclerotic plaques. |
