| 描述 | The BAH-1 monoclonal antibody was raised against human megakaryocytic cells. It was originally proposed that clone BAH-1 was specific for human CD110, also known as c-Mpl or TPO-R. Data has emerged to suggest that BAH-1 antibody may not recognize CD110. However, there is strong evidence that it recognizes an antigen that is highly expressed on human Megakaryocyte-Erythroid Progenitor (MEP) cells. In combination with CD71, BAH-1 expression has been used to distinguish subsets of Hematopoietic Stem Cells and Myeloid Progenitors in human fetal liver, cord blood, and adult bone marrow. BAH-1 antibody can induce megakaryocytopoiesis of both mouse and human bone marrow cells in vitro. |
