| 描述 | The JR2 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes the β -chain variable region (V β 8) of the T-cell antigen receptor expressed on 0.5% to 3% of peripheral blood T cells. This antibody has been further characterized as having specificity to a major subset of the BV8 region as determined in the TCR Workshop of July 1995. Staphylococcal enterotoxin E has been shown to specifically stimulate T cells bearing V β 8 (BV8). |
