| 描述 | The HI29 monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes CD53. CD53 is a 35-42 kDa type III transmembrane glycoprotein that is expressed on all leucocytes, including plasma cells, but not on platelets, erythrocytes, and non-hematopoietic tissues. CD53 mediates signal transduction in monocytes and B cells. It has the broadest reactivity of all pan-leukocyte reagents used in immunohistology applications. |
