| 描述 | The TX45 monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD300c which is also known as Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor (LIR), CMRF35-like molecule 6 (CLM-6), or Immunoglobulin superfamily member 16 (IGSF16). CD300c is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the CMRF family within the Ig superfamily. CD300c is primarily expressed on myeloid cells and has also been detected on some T cells, B cells, NK cells, and other cell types. Amongst freshly-isolated leucocytes, the TX45 antibody only detects CD300c expressed on monocytes. CD300c is involved in the regulation of proinflammatory cytokine production by leucocytes. |
