| 描述 | The VIM2 monoclonal antibody selectively recognizes the sialylated form of human CD65 (CD65s) which is also known as, VIM-2 antigen. CD65s is a leucocyte carbohydrate antigen that is expressed by normal granulocytes, monocytes, promyelocytes, myelocytes, and metamyelocytes. CD65s is expressed on some leukemic cells of myelomonocytic lineage. During myeloid differentiation, expression of CD65s follows the disappearance of CD34. CD65s reportedly play a role in regulating phagocyte signaling and functions, including the induction of oxidative bursts and degranulation. |
