| 描述 | The MEM-216 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to CD361. CD361 is a single-pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is encoded by EVI2B (Ecotropic viral integration site 2B). EVI2B is one of three genes within intron 27b of the neurofibromatosis type 1 ( NF1 ) gene. CD361 is expressed by T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes, and some dendritic cells including plasmacytoid dendritic cells. CD361 may be involved in keratinocyte and melanocyte differentiation and has been implicated in certain cancers including leukemias. |
