| 描述 | Reacts with Interleukin-8 receptor A (IL-8RA), a G protein-linked seven transmembrane domain protein, expressed on monocytes and granulocytes. It is also expressed on a subset of T cells. Both IL-8RA and IL-8RB are high affinity receptors for IL-8. IL-8 is an inflammatory cytokine which induces chemotaxis of neutrophils, basophils and T lymphocytes. IL-8RA and IL-8RB were first clustered as CD128a and CD128b, respectively in the VIIth HLDA workshop,and then were re-clustered as CD181 and CD182, respectively in the VIIIth HLDA workshop. |
