| 描述 | Clone M5D12 reacts with human CD116, the α chain of the receptor for granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSFR), a 75-85 kDa protein, which associates with the 120-140 kDa ß subunit. The ß chain is shared with the receptors for interleukins IL-3 and IL-5. The GM-CSFR is expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, eosinophils, fibroblasts, endothelia, Langerhans cells. Reports suggest that this molecule plays a role in myeloid lineage growth and differentiation. |
