| 描述 | The 3C10C5 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to Toll-like receptor 10 (TLR10) which is also known as CD290. TLR10 is a 91-100 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein that belongs to the Toll-like receptor family. It is expressed on B cells, regulatory T cells, and plasmacytoid dendritic cells. TLR10 can form a functional heterodimer with TLR2 (CD282). TLR10 may play an important role as a pattern recognition receptor for microbial lipopeptides and be involved in the regulation of innate and adaptive immune responses. |
