| 描述 | Reacts with an early differentiation/activation antigen induced on dendritic cells and acts as a marker of allostimulatory activity. The CMRF-44 antigen is induced on dendritic cells isolated from peripheral blood and tonsil and to a lesser extent on some activated B lymphocytes and monocytes/macrophages. CMRF-44 was generated using the Hodgkin’sderived L428 cell line as immunogen. This reagent could be useful in flow cytometric, or immunomagnetic separation procedures and immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixed frozen tissue sections. |
