| 描述 | Reacts with CD99 (E2 molecule), a highly glycosylated 32 kDa single polypeptide chain. CD99R is an isoform of CD99 with restricted cell distribution. It is expressed on T, NK, and myeloid cells, but not on B cells, erythrocytes, platelets or bone marrow cells. The E2 molecule plays a role in adhesion processes. Antibodies to E2 have an effect in Ca++ flux on Jurkat cells, suggesting a possible role in signal transduction. |
