| 描述 | Reacts with the urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPA-R), a 50-65 kDa single chain glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked glycoprotein. uPA-R was clustered as CD87 in the Fifth Human Leukocyte Differentiation Antigens Workshop. It is expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, tissue macrophages, endothelial cells, and activated T cells. CD87 plays a role in cell-associated fibrinolytic activity and tissue invasion. This antibody may be useful in the study of myeloid cell differentiation. |
