| 背景 | Angiogenin (ANG) is a secreted protein that belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease family. It was initially purified based on its ability to initiate vascularization in the chicken embryo chorioallantoic membrane from serum-free media conditioned by growth of a human adenocarcinoma cell line HT-29. A number of other tumors, as well as normal cell lines, also secrete Angiogenin. Angiogenin is present in normal human plasma. |
