Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Golden Syrian Hamster IgG and Armenian Hamster IgG. No reaction was observed against Mouse or Rat serum proteins. Specificity was confirmed using ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity. |
