| 背景 | IL-1F10, also known as IL-1HY2 and IL-38, is a secreted protein that shares sequence and structural similarity with IL-1 receptor antagonist and other IL-1 family members. It is expressed in basal epithelia of the skin and in proliferating germinal center CD20+ B cells. IL-1F10 binds soluble IL-1RI in vitro and may participate in regulation of immune responses. Mouse IL-1F10 shares 82% and 93% amino acid identity with human and rat IL-1F10, respectively. IL-1F10 is predicted to be 17 kDa. |

Detection of IL‑38/IL‑1F10 in RAW 264.7 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cell line was stained with Rat Anti-Mouse IL‑38/IL‑1F10 Alexa Fluor® 488‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC7774G, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC006G, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
