背景 | Urotensin-II R (UR2R)belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor 1 family. UR2Ris a high affinity receptor for urotensin-2 and urotensin-2B. Theactivity of UR2R is mediated by a G protein that activates aphosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. It is most abundantlyexpressed in the heart and pancreas. Human UR2R has been correlated withcortico-adrenal carcinoma proliferation. |

参考图片 Detection of Urotensin-II R in HEK293 Human Cell Line Transfected with Mouse Urotensin-II R and eGFP by Flow Cytometry. HEK293 human embryonic kidney cell line transfected with either (A) mouse Urotensin-II R or (B) irrelevant transfectants and eGFP was stained with 0.2 μg Rat Anti-Mouse Urotensin-II R Alexa Fluor® 647‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB9245R). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC013R). View our protocol for Staining Membrane-associated Proteins. |
