| 背景 | TREM-2 is a single V-type Ig-like domain-containing transmembrane (TM) receptor that is expressed on cells of the hematopoietic and nervous systems. Although single residue polymorphisms may exist, one soluble isoform variant is reported that shows an 88 amino acid (aa) substitution for the C-terminal 66 aa of the TM isoform. TREM-2 is best known for its association with the adapter protein DAP12 that delivers an activating signal that plays a role in both the innate and adaptive immune responses. |
