CD3 in Mouse Splenocytes. CD3 was detected and stained in immersion fixed adult mouse splenocytes using Rat Anti-Mouse CD3 Alexa Fluor® 488‑conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (green; Catalog # FAB4841G) at 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature.
