| 描述 | The monoclonal antibody 19-3 recognizes TdT (terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase), a template independent, 60 KDa DNA polymerase. TdT catalyzes addition of deoxynucleotides to the 3-OH terminus of oligonucleotide primer segments. Expression of TdT is found in immature lymphocytes during early differentiation where it is involved in generating antigen receptor diversity by mediating Ig gene rearrangement. |
