| 描述 | Killer cell lectin-like receptor G1 (KLRG1) is a homodimeric type II transmembrane glycoprotein of 30-38 kDa subunits. The protein is the mouse homolog of the rat mast cell functionassociated antigen (MAFA) and is expressed on a subset of NK cells and T cells. Several members of the cadherin family can interact with KLRG1 leading to inhibition of NK cell and T cell effector functions. |
