| 描述 | Clone N2B2 reacts with murine CD253, a type 2 transmembrane protein, also known as TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL), APO-2 ligand (APO-2L), or TNF ligand superfamily member 10 (TNFSF10). CD253 is expressed on a variety of cells of the innate and adaptive immune system, including natural killer (NK) cells. Often expression is induced or upregulated upon activation. CD253 can trigger apoptosis through trimerization of death receptor DR5 (TRAILR). The N2B2 antibody is reported to block CD253-mediated NK cell cytotoxicity in vitro. |
