| 描述 | Clone REA669 recognizes the mouse CD160 antigen, also known as BY55. CD160 is a 27 kDa glycoprotein which is expressed at the cell surface as a tightly disulfide-linked multimer. It binds both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules. CD160 is a ligand for herpes virus entry mediator (HVEM), which attenuates TCR-mediated signaling. It enhances proliferation of activated CD8+ T cells and triggers cell cytotoxicity in NK cells. CD160 is expressed on NK cells and CD8+ T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity and is not expressed on CD56brightCD16- NK cells. Additional information: Clone REA669 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors. |
