| 描述 | The T26-818 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to Early B-cell Factor 1 (Ebf1) which is also known as, Transcription factor COE1, or Olfactory 1 (Olf-1/Olf1). Ebf1 belongs to the Collier/Olf1/EBF (COE) family of transcription factors. It is involved in early B cell development in the mouse and human. It regulates the activation of a series of B cell-specific genes and also represses the activation of non-B lineage genes. Ebf1 is highly expressed in B cell progenitors in the bone marrow and it has also been detected in a series of cell lines within the B-cell lineage. Ebf1 and other members of the EBF family of transcription factors also play roles in the migration, commitment, and differentiation of other cell types including those involved in neurogenesis and adipogenesis. |
